Integral rehabilitation, interior refurbishment, architectonic new underground extension and urban adjustment of the Hotel of San Marcos in Leon. The proposal tries to reinforce the city´s Urban Plan, by reinforcing Bernesga´s riverbank. The existing extension of the monumental complex is demolished, and replaced with volumes thought from the affection to the context.

Actuación de rehabilitación integral, interiorismo, extensión arquitectónica bajo rasante y adecuación urbana del Parador de San Marcos en León. La actuación pretende reforzar el Plan Urbano vigente, reforzando la ribera del rio Bernesga. Se demuele la actual extensión del complejo monumental, sustituyendo con volúmenes pensados desde la afección al contexto.
