architectural renewal
and management
A large part of the portfolio of projects carried out and currently active of fündc is made up of architecture and rehabilitation interventions in full mission: from the initial stages of constructive pathology analysis and project drafting to the on site supervision work and issuance of final construction certificates.
We consider that, as architects, we must act as intermediaries between owners and construction companies in order to make the project, contracting and construction process safer, more transparent and controlled.
Jorge Juan 125 fassade renewal, Madrid, Spain (2018)
Our architects go hand by hand with the client throughout the process including advising her in the construction selection phase, attending meetings and making cross-comparisons between contractor budgets.
In addition to the main tasks of project drafting and construction management, fündc also carries out rehabilitation management and building maintenance tasks, including the preparation of preliminary reports with material and construction testing, monitoring of pathologies, building evaluation reports (IEEs and ITEs in Spain), management of municipal and supra-municipal subsidies (including energy certificates, rehabilitation projects for installations, accessibility projects and energy improvement projects) and projects for the segregation of properties and licenses for first occupation, activity and operation.
